Dina, so the last few weeks for me have been up and down (nothing with the programme) but coming off the pill after over 10 years having a CRAZY cycle full of bloating and everything that goes along with it, my hair loss from the most hellish last year of work and personal circumstances and stress and tbh I really have been feeling shit about not only my body but my general feeling and demeanour has been so low. Yesterday was the first time in 6 months I've realised how much better l've felt and more like me and I know it was all down to this programme. So much so I've cried happy tears for a whole day cause I've felt so overwhelmed (positively)) I feel more alive, focused and aware of my attitudes to things. I'm so thankful to you as a friend and for encouraging me to do this fast my only regret is not doing it sooner. I'm even encouraging my dad to do it as he sure as hell would benefit from this.

I found Dina’s Instagram about a month before I decided to do the Health Reboot, and was instantly hooked! Dina has so much knowledge of nutrition, and I liked how the juice fast was focused on cleansing the gut. I had been feeling stuck in my health, and no amount of exercise, diet changes, and sleep seemed to be helping. I felt like I needed to re-tune my insides, and as soon as I saw Dina’s plan, I knew this is what my body needed. I had never done a juice fast and was a bit nervous, but Dina’s plan made it easy to prepare my body (and mind) for the fast. I was amazed that by day 2 of the pre-fast, I was already having withdrawal symptoms from sugars caffeine etc- but Dina reassured me this showed how much my body needed it! There were definitely some moments when cravings were strong but the plan built up my willpower to overcome them! Not only that but I was so proud of how mentally strong I was to complete the entire programme. I sometimes felt like a prisoner of my own lack of willpower, and this helped me overcome this. Dina’s plan totally changed my perception of how to use food to fuel my body and gave me a new appreciation for nutrition and how you can heal yourself internally. After I finished the plan, I no longer viewed food as an escape or an indulgence, instead, I see it now as an amazing aid for my body to function at its fullest potential. The plan helped reduce my anxiety, my skin cleared up and I felt like a veil had been lifted from my mind (no more brain fog!). Throughout the plan, Dina was always accessible (I did the 1:1), answered my hundreds of questions and always shared more info to explain her answers. She was just amazing :) I can’t wait to do the plan again in the future and constantly still make all the recipes. Thank you so much Dina!!

Finished the juice fast. 4kg down and kept it off after post fast phase. 1.5 inches off my stomach and then similar drops on other areas.

"I've just finished The Health Reboot and I couldn't recommend it more! I decided to start the plan because this year has been really tough, with the lockdown and gym closed I stopped following my healthy habits, I didn't do as much work-out as I did before etc. This caused me many issues, it was more difficult to sleep, it affected my mood and the hardest thing was that my constipation issues were getting a lot worse. Since I started following the plan, I've started feeling a lot better. Since the prefast it's been really nice to see how my body reacted to the increased amount of fibre added to my diet and to the fact that I drastically cut down the junk food. If you are asking yourself if it was hard to follow the answer is absolutely not! The recipes are so tasty so you just enjoy the process and the fact that you are feeling better (I've started sleeping better and having more energy) makes you want to continue. Following the prefast correctly makes the fast go smooth, I did the 5 day fast and before the start, I wasn't sure I could do it and I didn't think I'd have able to focus on work while fasting, instead, I realised it's not hard at all, sometimes you feel hungry but you have a juice to drink, also a little bit of hunger pain is nothing compared to the energies you get and how better you feel with your body, so you are really happy to continue! I lost 4kg, I have regular bowel movements now, I feel a lot better and I learnt many new recipes that I'll keep making on a regular basis. It was definitely the best choice I could make to get better after this tough year because it gave me the sprint to continue having a healthier lifestyle. Dina was always there during the whole process, answering every doubt and providing a lot of additional material, interesting scientific articles and sources, and she's not only prepared but also really passionate about what she does, and that is what makes the difference, so I highly recommend to choose her if you're looking for starting a healthy journey!"

"I had been planning to do Dina's Juice Cleanse for a while now but could never bring myself to make that final commitment, so for me, it was awesome when I found out there was a whole group of people doing it together. (Definitely recommend if you are on the fence about fitting the cleanse into your busy work/life schedule.) Dina provided us with an incredibly detailed plan with loads of information, helpful tips as well as easy and delicious recipes for every step of the process. I had sort of thought to myself beforehand that I was just going to do as much as I can/cook what I could and/ or had time for, and not put too much pressure on myself if I wasn't able to follow the plan exactly, but since everything was so easy and tasty and the group of girls was so motivational, I ended up following the program fully for all 3 phases.
