  •  “You” or “Your” refers to the purchaser and participant of the Online Course.

2. CONSENT & AGREEMENT

By purchasing and participating in the Online Course, you confirm that:

  •  You understand that violating any part of these Terms of Use may result in immediate termination of access without a refund.

6. NO GUARANTEES OR CLAIMS

  •  DC Life OÜ does not guarantee any specific results or outcomes.
  •  Testimonials and case studies are individual experiences and should not be considered as guarantees of success.

7. PAYMENT TERMS & FAILED PAYMENTS

General Payment Terms

  •  When you purchase Healthy Gut Academy (HGA), you agree to pay in full or through a three-month or six-month payment plan.
  •  Payments are processed via Stripe, and their respective privacy policies apply.
  •  DC Life OÜ is not responsible for any issues arising from third-party payment processors.

Subscription Terms / Failed Payments

If you select the Payment Plan, you agree to:

  •  Automatic payments for three (3) or six (6) consecutive months.
  •  Authorising DC Life OÜ to charge your chosen payment method without requiring further approval.

Payment Failure Policy

  •  First failed attempt: 1-day grace period to update payment details.
  •  Second failed attempt: Access to HGA is suspended until payment is successful.
  •  Third failed attempt: Permanent removal from HGA, no refund, and potential legal recovery.

8. REFUND POLICY – STRICTLY NO REFUNDS

  •  All sales are final due to the digital nature of the Online Course.
  •  No refunds, transfers, or exchanges will be provided under any circumstances.
  •  Chargebacks are strictly prohibited (see Clause 14).

 9. TERMINATION OF ACCESS

DC Life OÜ reserves the right to revoke your access without refund if you:

  •  Violate any part of these Terms of Use.
  •  Share, reproduce, or attempt to profit from the course content.
  •  Engage in unlawful or disruptive behaviour within the course community.

10. FORCE MAJEURE

DC Life OÜ is not liable for failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our control, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, government restrictions, or power outages.

11. NON-DISPARAGEMENT CLAUSE

You agree not to publicly make false, misleading, defamatory, or negative statements about DC Life OÜ, its owners, employees, or the Online Course. Breaches may result in legal action. 

12. CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY POLICY

  •   DC Life OÜ respects your privacy and agrees to keep your personal data confidential.
  •   However, by purchasing HGA, you acknowledge that:
    •   Your personal data may be collected, stored, and processed in compliance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
    •   DC Life OÜ may collect analytics on your participation for internal improvement but will never sell or share your data with third parties.
    •   Any community discussions, group coaching calls, or live Q&A sessions inside HGA are confidential, and you agree not to share other participants’ personal details, health stories, or private messages.

 13. TESTIMONIAL & CONTENT RELEASE

By purchasing and participating in HGA, you voluntarily grant DC Life OÜ the right to:

  •  Share any feedback, testimonials, or success stories you provide for marketing purposes (e.g., website, social media, advertising).
  •  Use anonymous case studies based on your journey inside HGA for educational purposes.
  •  You may request the emoval of your testimonial in writing by contacting [email protected], but prior promotions using your testimonial will not be retracted.

14. NO CHARGEBACK POLICY – STRICTLY ENFORCED

By purchasing HGA, you explicitly agree that:

  •   You will not initiate chargebacks, payment reversals, or refund claims via your bank, PayPal, or credit card provider.
  •   If a fraudulent chargeback is filed, DC Life OÜ reserves the right to:
    •   Permanently ban you from any future programs, services, or offerings.
    •   Pursue legal action for damages, collection costs, and loss of income.
    •   Report any chargebacks that may affect your credit rating to relevant credit bureaus.

 15. ARBITRATION AGREEMENT

  •  All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under Estonian law.
  •  No class-action lawsuits are permitted.

16. SEVERABILITY

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid. 

17. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

  •  DC Life OÜ reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time.
  •  Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

18. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

  •  These Terms of Use represent the entire agreement between DC Life OÜ and the purchaser.

19. CHOICE OF LAW

  •  These Terms of Use shall be governed and interpreted under Estonian law.
