12-Week Health Protocol

This service is for those who do not have any serious health concerns but want to learn how to optimise their health and improve their wellbeing.

→You don’t feel as well as you should, but don't have any serious concerns.

→You’re looking for a health plan tailored to you.
→You’re not willing/wanting to commit to 1:1 coaching.
→You’re more than capable of following a plan by yourself and don’t need any additional support.

The Health Protocol includes;

  • 60-minute functional health consultation

  • In-depth functional assessment and symptom analysis

  • Identification of hidden health issues

  • Self-directed personalised multi-phased nutritional and supplement protocol

  • Lifestyle recommendations

What happens during our consultation?

Our consultation will last from 60-90 minutes over Zoom, we will go over your questionnaire, and dig deeper into your health history and health goals.

We will discuss medical history, your health, lifestyle, eating habits and goals. I will also go in-depth about what I recommend for you to do moving forward to reach your goals. You also have the chance to ask any questions you may have. You will receive a document with everything we have discussed after the consultation. 

What happens after I book?

You will receive an email with further information including a questionnaire to fill in. When I have all your information we will then book you in for your consultation.

After your consultation, you will receive your 12-week health protocol.

Dina has helped me 'level up' my health journey. I've considered myself quite “healthy” with my diet and exercise choices but I was stuck in a cycle of eating 1,200 cals a day or putting on weight. Dina helped me ditch calorie-tracking apps completely and now I eat intuitively. I was obsessed with sugar and my main vice would be desserts and cake but now I don't even think about them! I genuinely want to eat nutrient-dense, home-cooked food and make conscious choices about eating less nutritious food - I no longer HAVE to have something, I choose it when I want to, which is actually rarely.
